We started our trip today with the car all loaded down with goodies. We have the Rocketbox on the roof with our camping gear and the bike rack on the rear of the car with our two bikes. We had a head wind today, so we kept the speed at 60 to try to get decent mileage. Hopefully we can go a bit faster tomorrow.
We're in Kansas City now at the Hampton Inn. Had a great dinner at Carrabo's Italian Grill. Yum! Tomorrow it's off to OK City or further. Still haven't decided for sure. Westward ho!
